Comparing Seoul consultations without losing the details

Send one clear brief

Describe your concern, what you hope to discuss, available dates and preferred language. Use the same core questions, adding follow-ups when a clinician suggests a different approach.

Ask each clinic what records or photographs it needs and which channel to use. Keep medical documents out of an initial coordination inquiry.

Distinguish requested from confirmed

For each appointment, record who you will meet, whether the clinician is confirmed, the expected duration and the interpretation arrangement. Ask what examinations or further visits may be part of the process.

Check the route between actual entrances, allowing for check-in, travel and time to write notes. If that leaves too little space, ask about separate days. Nearby clinics do not automatically make consecutive appointments workable.

Compare the answers in writing

Use the same headings after each visit: proposed approach and reasoning, alternatives, unresolved questions, follow-up requirements and contact details. Request the proposal and next steps in writing.
