Before booking a Seoul clinic: the answers to bring home
A consultation should leave you able to explain the proposal in your own words. These questions adapt the Beautinery author’s personal checklist into a practical record for your Seoul visit.

The short version
Keep in mind
- Keep unanswered questions beside the written proposal.
- Ask SAC about preparation or interpretation before your appointment; availability and scope are confirmed first.
Start with the person and the plan
Ask who will carry out the procedure, when you will meet them and what happens if that person becomes unavailable. Explain your goals and the changes you do not want.
Have the clinician explain the proposed approach, alternatives, appropriate checks and realistic limits. An extra procedure deserves its own explanation; a package does not answer why you need it.
Make the commitment clear
Before paying a deposit, request the booking terms, cancellation conditions and an itemized estimate. Ask what is excluded and what could change after examination, including anesthesia, medication and follow-up.
Allow time to consider the proposal. Neither a discounted price nor a clinic’s size establishes quality, and a limited offer should not determine when you consent.
Check communication and follow-up
Confirm how consultation, consent and later questions will be interpreted. Ask for written instructions, review arrangements and a named contact for concerns after you return home.
When discussing example photographs, ask when they were taken and what they can show. Promotional images and complimentary extras cannot establish the quality of an aftercare plan.
If an answer is missing, pause the booking and ask the clinic to resolve it before committing.
