Can you help if I already booked a clinic?
Yes. You can ask for consultation preparation, interpretation, appointment-day accompaniment or follow-up communication for an existing booking. We confirm the requested scope and availability before you commit.
Who pays your coordination fee?
One case, one payer. Either the patient or the clinic covers our coordination fee for a case, never both. We state the payer, included work and coordination charge in writing before you commit. You pay clinic treatment fees directly to the clinic.
Is there a fixed package or minimum trip length?
We use a case-based quote. The number of appointments, time needed for interpretation or accompaniment and the agreed follow-up work determine the scope. You can ask for help with just the parts of the visit you need.
What does the coordinator do after a visit?
We can help organize your questions, relay appointment-related messages and coordinate follow-up bookings within the agreed scope. Clinical instructions and advice come from the treating clinic.
Can you choose a treatment for me?
We help prepare consultation questions and confirm practical arrangements. The clinician explains treatment options, suitability, risks, consent and recovery expectations; you make the treatment decision with the clinic.
Can I contact you before I know my dates?
Yes. Start with your concern or the support you are considering. Dates, clinic names and budgets are optional in the first inquiry.
