- Extra interpretation or accompaniment outside the agreed scope.

Who pays your coordination fee?
One case, one payer. Either the patient or the clinic covers our coordination fee for a case, never both. We state the payer, included work and coordination charge in writing before you commit. You pay clinic treatment fees directly to the clinic.
Is there a fixed package or minimum trip length?
We use a case-based quote. The number of appointments, time needed for interpretation or accompaniment and the agreed follow-up work determine the scope. You can ask for help with just the parts of the visit you need.
Can the scope change after I receive a quote?
If you request additional appointments, time or follow-up support, we confirm the revised scope and any price change before undertaking the additional work.
