A consultation you understand completely.

A plastic surgery consultation in Seoul decides a great deal in a short time: the plan, the estimate, the recovery you are agreeing to. We accompany you so that every question is asked, every answer is understood and what was said is written down.

Why interpretation matters

Nuance is where decisions are made.

Consent is only informed if it is understood

Options, alternatives, risks and recovery expectations are explained by the clinician. Understanding them fully is the basis of any decision you make with the clinic.

Estimates have details

What is included, what is quoted separately, deposit and cancellation terms, revision policy. These are questions with precise answers, and they deserve to be asked precisely.

Clinic staff and independent support

Many clinics have English-speaking coordinators, and they play an important role. An independent interpreter who accompanies you works for you across clinics and keeps one consistent record.

What accompaniment covers

Before, during and after the appointment.

Before

  • A question list built around your goals, history and concerns.
  • Documents, photos and information the clinic asked for, prepared and translated where needed.
  • Confirmation of the appointment time, location and any consultation charge.

During

  • Interpretation of the full conversation, in both directions.
  • Notes on the proposed plan, the estimate and the clinician's instructions.
  • A request for the estimate and key points in writing before you leave.

After

  • A summary of what was said, for your records, not medical advice.
  • Follow-up questions relayed to the clinic within the agreed scope.
  • Coordination of the next appointment if you decide to proceed.
Your question list

Questions worth asking at any consultation.

These are questions, not recommendations. The clinician answers them; the answers belong in your notes.

  • Who performs the procedure, and who is present during it?
  • Which options exist for my goal, and what would you advise against?
  • What does the estimate include, and what is quoted separately?
  • What are the deposit, cancellation and revision policies?
  • What recovery period do you expect, and when can I travel?
  • How do I reach the clinic after I return home, and in which language?
Useful answers

Questions before you contact us.

Does your interpreter replace the clinic's English-speaking staff?

No. Clinic coordinators remain your channel to the clinic. Our role is to accompany you, keep one consistent record across clinics and make sure nothing is left unasked or unclear.

Is your interpreter medically trained?

We are coordinators, not clinicians. We interpret the conversation faithfully and ask the clinician to clarify anything technical. Diagnosis, recommendations and consent explanations come from the clinic.

Can you attend the procedure day as well?

Appointment-day accompaniment can be part of the agreed scope: arrival, check-in, interpretation of instructions and coordination afterwards. Clinical care on the day is provided by the clinic.

How is the interpretation fee decided?

Coordination is quoted per case, based on the appointments, time and follow-up requested. One case, one payer: either you or the clinic covers our fee, never both. Treatment charges are paid directly to the clinic.
