Seoul Aesthetic Concierge · Visit guide

The visit ends. The questions don't.

After a treatment in Seoul, the instructions, check-ups and small uncertainties continue for weeks, often across time zones and languages. We keep the communication with your clinic clear so you know what was said, what comes next and whom to contact.

What follow-up usually involves

The clinic sets the plan. We keep it legible.

Instructions

Wound care, skincare, medication, activity limits and what to avoid. The clinic issues them; you need them in a form you can follow at home.

Check-ups

Return visits during your stay and, sometimes, remote follow-up after you leave. Dates, methods and what to send are set by the clinic.

Contact rules

Which channel to use, in which language, and what counts as urgent. Knowing this before you fly is part of a well-organized visit.

Where communication breaks down

Time zones, languages and unanswered messages.

Most difficulties after a visit are practical: a message left in a translation app, an instruction remembered differently, a follow-up appointment that was never confirmed. A coordinator removes these frictions without stepping into clinical decisions.

  • Instructions you received are explained in your language, with the original kept for reference.
  • Non-urgent questions are relayed to the clinic and answers returned to you, within the agreed period.
  • Return visits and remote check-ups are scheduled and confirmed with the clinic.
  • A single record of what the clinic said, so nothing depends on memory.
Before you fly home

Ask the clinic to confirm these in writing.

A short list, answered by the clinic before departure, prevents most of the uncertainty that follows.

  • Follow-up dates, and whether they are in person or remote.
  • How to reach the clinic, in which language and during which hours.
  • What is expected during recovery and what should prompt contact.
  • Medication and product instructions, with names written down.
  • Whether the clinic has confirmed you are ready to travel.
Useful answers

Questions before you contact us.

Is this medical aftercare?

No. Aftercare is provided and directed by your treating clinic. We coordinate communication and appointments and make sure instructions are understood. We do not assess symptoms or give medical advice.

What if something feels urgent?

Contact your treating clinic directly or an emergency service. Follow-up coordination is for non-urgent questions, scheduling and clarification, and we say so at the start of every case.

How long does follow-up coordination last?

For the period agreed in your case scope. Some visitors need it only during their stay; others ask for a defined window after returning home. The scope and fee are confirmed before the work begins.

Can you contact the clinic on my behalf while I am abroad?

Yes, within the agreed scope and with your permission. We relay your questions, return the clinic's answers and record them. The clinic remains responsible for the clinical content of every reply.

Do you keep my medical information?

We keep coordination notes to a minimum and ask you not to send medical records or sensitive documents through the inquiry form. Clinical records stay with the clinic.
