Seoul by season: plan the practical side of your clinic visit
Your appointment schedule needs a weather plan too. The season affects travel, packing and comfort between visits; your clinic determines the medical timetable.

The short version
Keep in mind
- Keep your aftercare sheet and clinic contact accessible.
- Discuss weather and transport needs when confirming visit support with SAC.
Spring: check the air
Milder days can still bring fine dust. Check AirKorea and ask your clinic what precautions apply to your procedure. If you are travelling during blossom season, arrange accommodation early rather than relying on nearby availability.
Summer: shorten the journey
Heat, humidity and monsoon rain can make follow-up trips uncomfortable. Check the room’s air conditioning and the route to the clinic. Ask for specific instructions on sun protection for treated skin instead of improvising from general skincare advice.
Autumn: confirm opening dates
Check appointments around Chuseok directly with the clinic. Comfortable daytime weather does not guarantee availability, and evenings can turn cold. Bring an extra layer for later appointments.
Winter: plan door to door
Dry heated rooms and icy pavements deserve attention. Ask about room humidity and transport, especially if your procedure affects mobility or vision. Confirm the clinician’s availability before fixing travel dates.
