Many visitors want an aesthetic visit in Seoul that nobody needs to know about: no waiting-room encounters, no photos used in marketing, no chain of people handling their details. Discretion is possible, but it has to be arranged deliberately. This guide explains what to ask for and what we do.
Waiting rooms, shared corridors and arrival times. Some clinics can offer a quiet time slot or a private consultation route; others cannot. It depends on the building and the schedule, and it should be requested rather than assumed.
Your images and records
Clinics photograph patients for clinical records and sometimes ask permission to use images in marketing. Clinical photos are part of your medical file; marketing use requires your separate consent, which you can decline.
Who handles your details
Every extra person in the chain is an extra place your name appears. A single coordinator, minimal data and clear rules about what is shared with whom reduce that surface considerably.

How we arrange a discreet visit
One coordinator, minimal data, written boundaries.
One named coordinator handles the case from inquiry to follow-up; nothing is passed around a team.
We ask each clinic for the quietest workable appointment time and, where the building allows, a private waiting or consultation arrangement.
Your name and contact details are shared with a clinic only when a booking requires it, and only what the clinic needs.
Messages to you avoid clinic names, treatment names and dates unless you ask for them in writing.
Meeting points, transport and timing are planned so arrivals and departures are unremarkable.
Confidentiality terms can be agreed in writing as part of the case scope before any work begins.
Confidentiality terms can be agreed in writing as part of the case scope before work begins. Clinics have their own patient confidentiality obligations under Korean law; we can ask a clinic to confirm its policy in writing as well.
Can I avoid giving my real name?+
Clinics require your legal identity for medical records, consent and payment. Outside the clinic, we keep your name out of messages and share it only where a booking requires it.
Will the clinic use my photos?+
Clinical photographs belong to your medical record. Any marketing use needs your separate consent, and you can decline it. We ask the clinic to confirm its photo policy before the visit.
Can I skip the waiting room?+
It depends on the clinic's building and schedule. We ask for the quietest available time and any private arrangement the clinic can offer, and we tell you exactly what was confirmed.
What do you keep on file?+
Coordination notes only, kept to the minimum needed to run the case. We ask you not to send medical records or identity documents through the inquiry form, and you can request deletion through the same channel.
